Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through field activities, job portals, social media, referrals, local networks, and recruitment drives.
Visit targeted locations, delivery hubs, and market areas to attract potential candidates.
Screen candidates based on eligibility criteria and job requirements.
Coordinate interviews and selection processes with operations teams.
Ensure timely document collection, verification, and onboarding.
Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline to fulfill daily and weekly hiring targets.
