Key Responsibilities:
Visit client locations regularly and maintain good client relationships.
Supervise security guards, housekeeping staff, and other deployed manpower.
Ensure employees report on time and are in proper uniform.
Handle attendance, shift changes, and daily manpower requirements.
Conduct surprise site inspections and submit inspection reports.
Resolve employee and client issues promptly.
Coordinate with the HR and Operations team for recruitment and deployment.
Verify documents and assist new employees with joining formalities.
Arrange replacement staff in case of absenteeism or emergencies.
Collect client feedback and report any service-related concerns.
Ensure compliance with company policies and client instructions.
Submit daily visit reports and maintain operational records.
Qualification:
Minimum Graduate (12th Pass may be considered with relevant experience).
