Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to onboard merchants for Paytm digital payment products including QR Code and Soundbox.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard new merchants for Paytm QR Code & Soundbox

• Explain Paytm products and benefits to merchants

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Ensure installation and activation of devices

• Maintain strong merchant relationships

• Provide basic after-sales support

• Submit daily sales reports

Salary & Incentives:

Upto ₹ 21,000 Gross Salary + Variable for Fresher Candidates

Upto ₹ 26,000 Gross Salary + Variable for Experienced Candidates

Lucrative Incentive as per Sales Performance.

Working Days & Timings:

• 8 hours per day

• 26 working days per month

• Sunday week off

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: 18–40 years

• Qualification: 12th pass & above

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Additional Requirements:

• Android Smartphone mandatory

• Two-wheeler preferred (not mandatory for Kolkata City)
