The Field Executive is responsible for on-ground activities related to property sales, rentals, site visits, client coordination, documentation support, and market surveys. The role involves regular fieldwork, interaction with clients, property owners, brokers, and coordination with the office sales team.
Key Responsibilities
· Field & Site Activities
· Conduct property site visits with prospective buyers/tenants
· Show residential/commercial properties and explain features, pricing, and location benefits
· Coordinate with builders, property owners, and brokers for site access
· Collect and verify property details, photographs, and documents
· Client Coordination
· Follow up with leads assigned by the sales team
· Assist clients during inspections, negotiations, and closing stages
· Maintain good relationships with customers and local contacts
· Handle basic customer queries and relay requirements to office team
Documentation & Reporting
· Assist in collection of KYC documents from clients
· Support agreement process (Leave & License, Sale Agreement, etc.)
· Submit daily/weekly field visit reports to reporting manager
· Update CRM or lead tracking sheets regularly
Market Intelligence
· Conduct local market surveys for property rates, availability, and demand
· Identify new listings and potential clients in assigned areas
· Report competitor activity and market trends
Skills
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Basic knowledge of real estate sales/rentals
· Ability to work independently in field
· Familiarity with local areas and property locations
· Basic smartphone, WhatsApp, and email usage
· Other Requirements
· Two-wheeler preferred
· Willingness to travel extensively within city
· Flexible to work on weekends and holidays
