Job Description :

Job Role: Field Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Field Executive to visit construction sites and conduct on-ground analysis of material requirements, site progress, and overall site readiness. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of construction materials and processes, and the ability to report site data accurately to the project or procurement team.

Job Location: Indore (M.P.)

Experience: 0 to 6 Months

Salary Offered: 15K + Two Wheeler + Fuel allowance

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Conduct daily visits to construction sites as per project schedule

2. Assess the availability and consumption of raw materials on-site

3. Coordinate with the site team to identify required materials for upcoming work

4. Prepare and submit material requirement sheets and consumption reports

5. Take stock of ongoing construction activities, manpower, and progress

6. Identify and report any material shortages, delays, or site-level issues

7. Coordinate with the procurement/purchase department for timely replenishment

8. Ensure accurate documentation and photo records of the site condition

9. Liaise with vendors/suppliers for delivery status and site support

10. Provide regular feedback to the project coordinator or site manager

Required Skillset:

1. Basic knowledge of construction raw materials (cement, sand, steel, bricks, etc.)

2. Good understanding of civil/site activities and inventory at construction sites

3. Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills

4. Ability to prepare material requirement assessments and daily site reports

5. Willingness to travel to various construction sites daily

6. Ability to coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and vendors
