We are looking for a Field Executive to join our team at DS . The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities
Visit 20 Kirana Stores, General Stores, and Retail Shops daily within the assigned area.
Explain the company's products, services, and benefits to shop owners in a professional manner.
Convince shopkeepers to register with the company's application and assist them throughout the onboarding process.
Collect and accurately fill in the shop's basic details in the company application.
Build and maintain positive relationships with shop owners to ensure successful onboarding.
Achieve daily and monthly onboarding targets as assigned by the company.
Submit daily visit and onboarding reports to the reporting manager.
Follow company guidelines and maintain professional conduct during all field visits.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 6 months of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
