Field Executive

Job Description: Field Executive - IoT & Vodafone Mobility 

K.A. Tech, an industrial automation and engineering components supplier based in Pune, seeks a Field Executive to drive the new IoT and Vodafone Mobility vertical through field visits, cold calls, and business development activities.​ 

Role Summary 

The Field Executive reports to the Sales Manager and focuses on expanding K.A. Tech's Vodafone Idea (VI) partnerships in mobility and IoT segments, targeting SME-SOHO, SA-Govt, and aggregator accounts as outlined in the CP Launch Deck. Key responsibilities include conducting 75+ quality sales visits monthly via ViBH or sales apps, executing hunting (new accounts) and farming (existing) strategies, and achieving GN (Gross Net) targets like 20-80 activations per month. Success involves leveraging VI COCA schemes for commissions on rentals (e.g., 1.5x on IoT hunting, MNP bonuses) while ensuring clawback compliance.​ 

Key Responsibilities 

• Perform daily field visits and cold calls to prospective SME, SOHO, and govt clients in Pune/Pimpri region to promote VI mobility plans (299-399 rentals) and IoT solutions (ESIM, high-volume SIMs).​ 

• Drive business acquisition: Target 2x hunting, 3x MNP growth, UAA (Unique Activating Accounts), and quality M6 active subs per VI Q3 priorities.​ 

• Log activities in ViBH/NCP apps, capture leads, and close deals under ACERS-eligible PSE norms (min 75 visits/PSE).​ 

• Monitor churn/clawbacks (90-day full recovery on unpaid bills) and support Vijeta PSE incentives for top performers.​ 

Qualifications and Skills 

• 1-2 years in field sales, telecom, or B2B (industrial/IoT preferred); familiarity with Vodafone Idea products a plus.​ 

• Strong communication for cold calling/visits; basic tech skills for Vi apps, HOBS reporting.​ 

• Target-oriented with travel willingness; two-wheeler license required for Pune field ops.​ 

• Graduate (any stream); local language (Marathi/Hindi) proficiency. 

Compensation and Benefits 

Fixed salary: ₹15,000-25,000/month based on experience, plus variable incentives via VI COCA (e.g., TAB, UAA bonuses up to ₹5,000+/month), petrol allowance per market standards (₹3,000-5,000), and PF/ESIC. Total CTC potential: ₹3-5L/annum with performance
