Core Responsibilities
Delivery & Pickup: Safely transporting, loading, and unloading packages from company vehicles, covering specific assigned routes or areas.
Route Optimization: Planning and following the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries while avoiding traffic delays.
Documentation & Accuracy: Maintaining accurate delivery records, obtaining recipient signatures, and verifying invoices.
Customer Service: Representing the company professionally, addressing client inquiries, and collecting feedback.
Safety & Compliance: Adhering to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and reporting any accidents, damages, or issues to supervisors.
Payment Collection: Handling cash-on-delivery (COD) payments from customers, if required.
Requirements & Skills
License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
