Urgent Hiring – Field Executive (Home Painting Projects)

Location: Chennai (Field Work – Local Travel up to 40 to 80KM)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 + Attractive Performance Incentives

Timing: Full-Time | Day Shift

Key Responsibilities

Visit customer homes and understand project requirements
Take site measurements, photos & project details
Explain painting and renovation services professionally for conversion
Coordinate with customers, painters & internal team
Monitor project quality, timelines & customer satisfaction
Handle assigned projects from first site visit to completion

Eligibility

✔ 12th Pass / Graduate
✔ 6 Months – 3 Years of Field Sales / Customer Service Experience
✔ Two-Wheeler Mandatory
✔ Good Communication & Customer Handling Skills
✔ Comfortable with Daily Field Visits
✔ Preferred Candidates Residing Between Thane West and Mulund
✔ Candidates with Interior Design, Modular Kitchen, Home Décor, Furniture, Home Improvement, or Interior Sales experience will be given preference.

Note: This is NOT a Telecalling, Office, Digital Marketing, or Lead Generation job. Company provides verified customer leads for site visits. Candidates from other B2C field sales backgrounds are also welcome to apply.
