Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Agency Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a team of insurance advisors to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and mentor new agents/advisors.
Drive sales through the agency channel by building and maintaining strong relationships.
Monitor performance of the team and ensure achievement of sales targets.
Conduct regular meetings and provide ongoing training to improve agent productivity.
Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance requirements.

Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Knowledge of insurance or BFSI domain is a plus.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: MBA/PGDM).
