About the Role
As a Field Fundraiser, you'll be the face of our organization in the community — engaging members of the public face-to-face to build awareness, inspire support, and secure new donors for our mission. This is a high-energy, relationship-driven role for someone who thrives on conversation and believes in the power of direct engagement.
Represent the organization at assigned field locations (street, events, campuses, shopping centers)
Engage members of the public in compelling, mission-driven conversations
Recruit new recurring (monthly) donors through face-to-face dialogue
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly donor acquisition targets
Accurately collect and process donor sign-up information
Represent the brand professionally at all times
Participate in daily team briefings, training, and debrief sessions

Ability to work independently in outdoor/public environments
A genuine passion for the cause and social impact
Previous experience in fundraising, sales, customer service, or community outreach is a plus — but not required
