We are looking for a Field Collection Executive to join our team at Usb Financial Corporation Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹17,000 - ₹25,000 and prospects of growth.
Key Skills

Job Responsibilities
Generate new loan leads
Visit customers at their residence/business location
Conduct field verification and customer profiling
Collect and verify KYC and loan documents
Follow up with customers for pending documents and payments
Assist in EMI/collection follow-up
Maintain daily field visit and customer reports
Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Risk and Operations teams
Ensure timely submission of field reports.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
