Position: Field Executive
Company: Unicel Greens
Reports To: City Coordinator

About the Role
The Field Work Executive is responsible for visiting an assigned set of shops, dealers, and repair centers daily to identify, engage, and onboard suppliers of battery scrap material (lithium-ion).

Key Responsibilities

• Visit the assigned list of shops/dealers daily as per the beat plan shared each evening for the next day

• Check in and check out at every shop visit using the company tracking app (GPS-based)

• Collect shop owner details, current battery stock estimate, and next expected stock date

• Take required photo proof at every visit — shop front, visible stock, owner's contact saved

• Submit a daily summary report by 7 PM covering shops visited, new onboards, and any issues faced

• Follow up on previously visited shops as per the escalation process — no shop is visited once and abandoned

• Flag high-potential or ready-to-pickup shops immediately to the manager

• Attend the weekly review meeting to go over performance against targets

• Maintain accurate, honest reporting — no fake check-ins or inflated visit counts

• Represent the company professionally in every shop interaction

Requirements

• Familiarity with the assigned city/locality, or willingness to learn it quickly

• Comfortable using a smartphone app for check-ins, photos, and forms

• Good communication skills — able to build rapport with shopkeepers

• Two-wheeler with valid license preferred

• Prior experience in field sales, delivery, or collection roles is a plus but not mandatory
