Job Title: Loan Recovery Collection Executive (Part-Time / Full-Time)

📍 Location: Hooghly – Uttarpara, Konnagar, Rishra, Serampore, Sheoraphuli, Baidyabati, Chandannagar, Bhadreswar & nearby areas.

💼 Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time (Field Work)

✅ Eligibility:

- Age: 25 – 40 years

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Loan Recovery, Collection, Field Operations, or related roles preferred

- Freshers are also welcome to apply

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Familiarity with local areas is preferred

🏍️ Requirements:

- Own Bike is mandatory

- Valid Driving License is mandatory

📋 Key Responsibilities:

- Visit customers for loan recovery and collection activities

- Follow up on overdue EMI payments

- Maintain daily collection reports

- Ensure professional interaction with customers

- Achieve assigned recovery targets and maintain compliance
