Role OverviewA Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth by meeting clients face-to-face, building strong relationships, and closing sales deals. This role requires travel, direct interaction with customers, and the ability to represent the company’s products/services effectively.Key Responsibilities- Identify and approach potential customers in assigned territories - Conduct product presentations and demonstrations - Build and maintain strong client relationships - Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets - Collect market feedback and report competitor activities - Ensure timely follow-up and after-sales support - Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and sales in CRM or reports Skills & Competencies- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Persuasive negotiation and closing ability - Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Willingness to travel extensively - Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not mandatory) - 1–3 years of experience in field sales or customer-facing roles - Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
