We are looking for a Field Sales & Collection Executive to join our team at SGN MSF. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales and collection opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth, ensure timely collection from each customer in the allocation list and meet collection targets. The position offers an in-hand salary ranging from ₹ 10,000 to 30,000 per month ( including incentives) and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Close sales through various methods like cold calling, presentations, and door-to-door visits.
Build strong customer relationships and meet sales targets.
Ensure timely collection from each customer in the allocation list and meet collection targets.
Report performance metrics and feedback to management regularly.
Maintain and grow the client database effectively.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th pass and Experience in field of finance but freshers are also welcome. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicant should have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Possession of two wheeler and smart phone is a must to apply for this position.
