Job Description
We are looking for a Field Collection Executive responsible for visiting customers and collecting outstanding payments as per company guidelines. The candidate will work in the field, coordinate with customers, and ensure timely collections.
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned customers/locations to collect pending payments.
Maintain accurate records of collections and update the system regularly.
Coordinate with the internal team regarding payment status and customer feedback.
Ensure timely deposit of collected amounts as per company policy.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers to facilitate smooth collections.
Requirements
Must own a bike for field travel.
Should be able to communicate in Kannada and Hindi.
Basic understanding of field collections and customer handling.
Ability to work independently and handle field visits across Bangalore.
