Visit customers at their assigned locations as per the daily route plan.
Collect loan repayments from customers as per company policy and authorized procedures.
Follow the assigned route and daily collection schedule.
Provide payment receipts or acknowledgements as per company guidelines.
Submit collected cash, if authorized, and payment details to the accounts team within the prescribed time.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, collections, pending payments, and unsuccessful visits.
Follow up with customers regarding overdue installments and payment commitments.
Coordinate with the collection team and reporting manager for daily updates.
Handle customer information and company documents confidentially.
Follow company policies, professional conduct, and safety procedures during field visits.
