Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Field Collection Executive to manage and recover outstanding payments from customers. The role involves visiting clients, maintaining records, and ensuring timely collections while preserving positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit customers/clients to collect overdue payments as per assigned cases
Negotiate payment terms and ensure timely recovery of dues
Maintain accurate records of collections, receipts, and customer interactions
Update daily collection reports and submit to the reporting manager
Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues related to payments
Follow company policies, legal guidelines, and ethical collection practices
Coordinate with internal teams for dispute resolution and account clarification
Ensure proper documentation and receipts are provided for all collections
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Degree
Prior experience in collections, field sales, or recovery is preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
Basic knowledge of local geography
Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned area

Fixed Salary + Incentives (based on recovery performance) (depends on role)
