Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Field Collection Executive to manage on-ground collection activities and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments from customers. The candidate should possess good communication skills, negotiation abilities, and knowledge of collection procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Visit customers for collection of overdue payments.
Follow company policies and compliance guidelines during collections.
Update collection status and customer feedback in the system/app.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of collection and recovery processes.
Ability to work in field operations and travel locally.
Familiarity with mobile apps and digital payment systems.
