Hiring: Field Officer (FOS) – Loan Recovery
Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand – Fixed Location

We are hiring Field Officers (FOS) for loan recovery and collection activities in Dehradun. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, following up on pending loan payments, achieving monthly collection targets, and maintaining regular customer communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits for loan repayment follow-ups and collections.
Manage assigned customer accounts and meet collection targets.
Resolve basic customer queries professionally.
Maintain accurate collection records and submit daily reports.
Follow company policies and collection guidelines.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Comfortable with field work.
Dehradun location only; no relocation required.
