JOB DISCRIPTION

Field Recovery Agent (FOS) jobs in Munirka, Delhi involve visiting customers to collect pending EMI, loan, or credit card payments. The role includes meeting clients, explaining dues, negotiating repayment plans, and updating daily recovery reports in the company system. Candidates are expected to achieve monthly collection targets while following company and RBI recovery guidelines.

The company offers a fixed salary along with attractive performance-based incentives. Salary depends on experience, communication skills, and recovery performance. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Basic communication skills, confidence, and willingness to travel locally are important for this role. Having a bike and knowledge of nearby areas is preferred.

Working hours are generally 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM with 6 working days a week. No PF or additional company benefits are included.
