Field Collection & Recovery Executive
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Field Collection & Recovery Executive to manage customer collections, overdue payments, and recovery activities. The candidate will visit customers, follow up on pending dues, negotiate repayment plans, and maintain healthy customer relationships while ensuring timely recovery.
Key Responsibilities
Visit customers/clients for collection of overdue payments.
Follow up with customers through field visits.
Explain pending dues and repayment schedules to customers.
Maintain daily collection reports and visit records.
Coordinate with branch managers and collection teams.
Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
Update customer status in CRM or collection software.
Required Skills
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle difficult customer situations professionally.
Basic knowledge of finance/loan recovery processes.
Familiarity with local areas and routes.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Experience in collection, recovery or field operations preferred.
Valid driving license and two-wheeler preferred.
Basic smartphone and app handling knowledge.
Experience
Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in collections/recovery.
