We are looking for a Credit Mitra (Loan Collection & Recovery Executive) responsible for handling loan collection and recovery from NPA (Non-Performing Asset) customers. The candidate will visit customers in the field to follow up on overdue payments and ensure timely recovery while maintaining professional conduct.
Key Responsibilities
Visit minimum 15 customers daily for loan collection and recovery.
Follow up with NPA customers for overdue loan payments.
Communicate payment details and repayment options to customers.
Maintain proper records of visits, discussions, and payment status.
Coordinate with the office team and report daily recovery updates.
Ensure collection activities are conducted ethically and professionally.
Assist customers in understanding repayment schedules and resolving queries.
