Loan Recovery Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Loan Recovery Executive to join our team at Bridgestone Business Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and recovering overdue loans from customers in the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities
1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in-person to negotiate loan repayments and settlements.
2. Identify and prioritize high-risk accounts for recovery.
3. Develop and execute effective recovery strategies to maximize recoveries.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and loan recovery progress.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as collections and legal teams, to resolve complex cases.
6. Meet or exceed monthly recovery targets and performance metrics.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in loan recovery, collections, or a similar field.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
5. Familiarity with banking regulations and loan recovery processes.
