We are looking for a Field Collection Executive to join our team at Adhaan Solution Private Limited for recovering overdue loans and debts while ensuring legal compliance, maintaining professional communication, and negotiating repayment plans with borrowers. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12000 - ₹14000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contacting Borrowers: Recovery agents initiate communication with borrowers through phone calls, emails, messages, or home visits to inquire about overdue payments and discuss repayment options

• Negotiating Payment Terms: They offer structured repayment plans or settlements based on the borrower’s financial situation, aiming to recover debts amicably and efficiently

• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of debtor accounts, payments received, and communication logs is essential for transparency and reporting to creditors or management

• Collaboration: Agents often work with internal teams such as legal, compliance, accounting, and customer service to streamline recovery processes and ensure efficiency

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills to persuade borrowers and resolve disputes.

• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulatory requirements.

• Ability to use MS Office and database systems for tracking accounts
