About the Role

We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Field Collection Executives with DRA Certification to join our growing team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, resolving overdue accounts, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments while maintaining a professional approach.

This role is perfect for candidates who enjoy field work, interacting with customers, and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers/borrowers to collect overdue payments as per assigned cases.

• Maintain professional communication while handling customers during field visits.

• Negotiate payment plans and convince customers to clear pending dues.

• Update collection status and visit reports on a daily basis.

• Ensure compliance with bank/NBFC guidelines and RBI regulations.

• Maintain proper documentation and receipts for collections.

• Coordinate with the internal team for case updates and escalations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Mandatory DRA Certification (Debt Recovery Agent Certificate)

• Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in field collections preferred.

• Freshers with DRA Certification can also apply.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle field pressure and achieve targets.

• Must have two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
