Job Overview

We are looking for dedicated and confident Field Recovery Executives to manage assigned customer accounts through field visits. The role involves meeting customers, discussing overdue payments, resolving payment-related issues, and assisting them with suitable repayment options while following all applicable guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers at assigned locations to follow up on overdue accounts.

• Discuss outstanding dues and encourage timely payments.

• Assist customers with repayment plans and settlement options.

• Record visit outcomes and update customer information.

• Collect payments only through approved payment methods.

• Trace customers when contact details or addresses have changed.

• Maintain professional behavior during all customer interactions.

• Achieve assigned recovery targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Eligibility

• 1–5 years of experience in Field Collection, Recovery, or Financial Services.

• Active IIBF DRA Certification is mandatory.

• Good knowledge of Delhi NCR and Gurugram routes.

• Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.

• Ability to communicate effectively and negotiate confidently.

• Basic smartphone and reporting skills.

• Ability to work independently in the field.
