Mandatory Security Deposit Policy for New Employees

Dear Applicants,

To maintain a fair and professional work environment, ALLSRV Business Solutions has introduced a Mandatory Security Deposit Policy for all new job applicants.

Over time, the company has observed that many candidates receive extensive training, guidance, and onboarding support for 2 - 3 months and then leave the organization for other job opportunities. This results in significant losses of time, resources, and training costs for the company.

Effective Immediately

1. Every selected candidate must pay an initial Security Deposit of ₹5,000 before the commencement of training.

2. The remaining security deposit amount (if applicable as per the employment agreement) will be deducted from the employee's first month's salary.

3. The security deposit will be refundable only after the successful completion of:

- 6 months of probation, and

- 6 months of confirmed employment

Total minimum service period: 12 months.

4. Employees who resign, abandon employment, or whose services are terminated due to misconduct, violation of company policies, or breach of the employment agreement before completing the required service period may forfeit the security deposit, subject to the terms and conditions of the employment agreement.

5. By accepting the job offer and submitting the security deposit, the candidate acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

This policy has been implemented to encourage long-term commitment and ensure that the company's investment in employee training and development is protected.
