Pickup Executive / Field Collection Executive – Used Mobile

Akinfo Tools Private Limited is looking for a responsible and confident Pickup Executive / Field Collection Executive for our used mobile pickup operations in Delhi.

The candidate will visit customers at their location, inspect and collect old/used mobile phones, communicate the estimated value to the customer, complete the required process, and make payment against the approved value when required.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Salary may vary based on experience, performance and incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers at assigned locations in Delhi for old/used mobile phone pickups.

• Collect used/old mobile phones from customers after completing the required verification process.

• Check the basic condition, model and details of the mobile as per company guidelines.

• Explain the pickup/valuation process clearly to customers.

• Convince and communicate professionally with customers regarding the offered value and complete the transaction smoothly.

• Make payment to customers against the approved mobile value when required.

• Maintain proper records of mobile pickups, payments, customer details and related paperwork.

• Ensure accurate and timely pickup and delivery of collected devices to the designated location.

• Handle cash and/or digital payments responsibly when required.

• Assist in loading, unloading and safe transportation of collected devices.

• Follow traffic rules and maintain safe riding practices.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must be a resident of Delhi.

• Own Bike/Scooty is mandatory.

• Valid Driving Licence and required vehicle documents.

• Police Verification is mandatory.

• Minimum Qualification: Below 10th / 10th Pass or equivalent.

• Experience: 0–5 years; prior experience in delivery, field collection, mobile/electronics or e-commerce operations will be an advantage.

• Good convincing, communication and customer-handling skills are required.

• Candidate should be confident while dealing with customers and negotiating/ explaining mobile valuation.

• Good knowledge of Delhi routes and locations.

• Must have good route planning and time-management skills.

• Honest, responsible and punctual.

• Comfortable working in the field and travelling to different customer locations across Delhi.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who have experience in Cashify, Flipkart, e-commerce delivery, mobile shops, electronics, field sales, field collection or customer pickup services will be preferred.

इस जॉब में उम्मीदवार को ग्राहक के दिए गए स्थान पर जाकर पुराना/Used Mobile Phone pickup करना होगा, मोबाइल की basic condition और details check करनी होगी, ग्राहक को मोबाइल की valuation/offer की जानकारी देनी होगी और आवश्यकता पड़ने पर approved value के अनुसार ग्राहक को payment करके transaction पूरा करना होगा।

वेतन

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 प्रति माह

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां

• Delhi में assigned customer locations पर जाकर पुराने/Used Mobile Phone का pickup करना।

• Required verification process पूरा करने के बाद customer से mobile collect करना।

• Company guidelines के अनुसार mobile का model, condition और basic details check करना।

• Customer को pickup और valuation process सही तरीके से समझाना।

• Customer को convince करने और अच्छे communication के साथ transaction complete करने की क्षमता होना।

• Approved mobile value के अनुसार आवश्यकता पड़ने पर customer को payment करना।

• Mobile pickup, customer details, payment और अन्य संबंधित records को सही तरीके से maintain करना।

• Collected mobile devices को सुरक्षित तरीके से designated location तक पहुंचाना।

• आवश्यकता पड़ने पर cash/digital payment को जिम्मेदारी से handle करना।

• Collected devices की loading/unloading में सहायता करना।

• Traffic rules और सभी आवश्यक safety rules का पालन करना।

आवश्यक योग्यता / Job Requirements

• Candidate का Delhi का निवासी होना अनिवार्य है।

• अपनी Bike/Scooty होना अनिवार्य है।

• Valid Driving Licence और vehicle के आवश्यक documents होने चाहिए।

• Police Verification अनिवार्य है।

• Minimum Qualification: 10th से कम / 10th Pass या equivalent।

• Experience: 0–5 years; Delivery, Field Collection, Mobile/Electronics या E-commerce का अनुभव होने पर प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।

• अच्छी Convincing, Communication और Customer Handling Skills होना आवश्यक है।

• Customer को mobile valuation/offer समझाने और transaction को smoothly complete कराने की क्षमता होनी चाहिए।

• Delhi के routes और locations की अच्छी जानकारी होना लाभदायक रहेगा।

• अच्छी Route Planning और Time Management Skills होनी चाहिए।

• Candidate ईमानदार, जिम्मेदार और punctual होना चाहिए।

• अलग-अलग customer locations पर field में जाकर काम करने के लिए comfortable होना चाहिए।

Preferred Candidates

Cashify, Flipkart, E-commerce Delivery, Mobile Shop, Electronics, Field Sales, Field Collection या Customer Pickup का अनुभव रखने वाले candidates को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
