We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Agency Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a team of insurance advisors to achieve business targets.

•Recruit, train, and mentor new agents/advisors.

•Drive sales through the agency channel by building and maintaining strong relationships.
