Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and closing sales in the field. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit potential clients and generate new business opportunities

Present company products/services to customers

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Follow up with leads and convert them into sales

Prepare daily sales reports and updates

Requirements:

Minimum 0–3 years of experience in field sales (Interior/Construction preferred)

Good communication and negotiation skills

Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license

Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools

Ability to work independently and in a team

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
