The Ad Company is an advertising and media agency helping brands reach their customers through strategic and high-impact advertising solutions.
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executive who can meet potential clients, generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with brands and businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients across Mumbai.
Conduct regular field visits and face-to-face meetings with prospective clients.
Generate new leads through cold calling, references, networking and field visits.
Who We Are Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable travelling and meeting clients across Mumbai.
Confident in approaching new businesses and decision-makers.
Good negotiation and convincing skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable working with sales targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets / WhatsApp / Email.
Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Candidates with experience in Advertising, Media, OOH, BTL, Real Estate, Digital Marketing, Corporate Sales or B2B Sales will be preferred.
Experience
1–3 years of Field Sales / B2B Sales experience preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills, confidence and a genuine interest in sales may also apply.
Compensation
Fixed Salary + Attractive Sales Incentives
Compensation will depend on experience and interview performance.
We are looking for someone who does not want to sit behind a desk all day.
