Role Overview
Are you passionate about sales, furniture, and interior design? Recliners India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Deputy Sales Manager to drive business growth, strengthen our market presence, and build long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, dealers, builders, and key clients across Delhi NCR.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
● Drive business growth and market expansion across assigned territories.
● Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
● Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and relationship
building.
● Promote Recliners India's premium product portfolio to residential, commercial,
hospitality, and institutional customers.
● Develop new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Dealer & Channel Development
● Build and strengthen relationships with Dealers, AVI Dealers, Architects, Interior
Designers, Builders, Developers, and Channel Partners.
● Identify and appoint new dealers to expand the company's market presence.
● Conduct regular dealer visits and maintain strong engagement with channel partners.
● Support dealers with product presentations, training, and business development
initiatives.
Project Sales & Client Relationship Management
● Meet architects, interior designers, builders, and corporate clients to understand project
requirements.
● Recommend suitable furniture and seating solutions based on client needs.
● Coordinate with internal design and project teams to deliver customized solutions.
● Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close project sales.
● Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive relationship management and after-sales support.
Market Development
● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
● Increase brand visibility through strategic sales initiatives and networking activities.
● Identify emerging business opportunities in the furniture and interior design industry.
● Maintain accurate CRM records and submit timely sales reports.
Required Qualifications
● Graduate in any discipline.
● Minimum 1 years of experience in Business Development, Project Sales, Dealer
Development, or Channel Sales.
● Experience in Furniture, Luxury Furniture, Motion Furniture, Mattresses, Modular
Kitchens, Building Materials, Plywood, Laminates, UPVC, Lifts & Elevators, Interior
Products, or Architectural Products will be preferred.
Mandatory Requirements
● Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi NCR.
● Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
