We are looking for energetic and result-driven Customer Sales Specialists to join our dynamic sales team! In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service in your assigned areas. Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹14,200 per month

• Incentive: ₹5,500 per sale (unlimited earning potential!)

• Additional Benefits: Provident Fund (PF) + ESIC

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

• Weekly Off: Rotational weekly off

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage customer sales in assigned geographical areas.

• Visit customers regularly to promote company products/services and address their needs.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.

• Coordinate with reporting managers on daily sales activities, updates, and reports.

• Ensure timely follow-ups, after-sales support, and resolution of customer queries.

Skills & Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working in a field sales role with regular travel within the assigned area.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Basic knowledge of sales practices and customer service principles.

• Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
