Salary

₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

Weekly Off

1 weekday off (Rotational)

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and enthusiastic Customer Sales Associate to represent our brand at shopping malls, exhibitions, community events, and society activations. You will be responsible for engaging customers, demonstrating products, managing kiosk operations, processing sales, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

• Welcome and engage every customer visiting the kiosk.

• Explain products, services, and ongoing offers confidently.

• Demonstrate products and answer customer queries.

• Build rapport and encourage repeat visits.

Sales

• Convert walk-in visitors into paying customers.

• Upsell and cross-sell products and services.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Promote memberships, packages, and special offers.

Kiosk Operations

• Open and close the kiosk as per company SOPs.

• Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of the kiosk.

• Ensure products are properly displayed and stocked.

• Handle billing, cash, UPI, and card payments accurately.

Inventory Management

• Track stock levels and report shortages.

• Maintain product inventory and sales records.

• Assist during stock replenishment.

Event Operations

• Represent the company during exhibitions, mall activations, and promotional events.

• Set up and dismantle event kiosks when required.

• Attract visitors through product demonstrations and promotional activities.

Customer Service

• Deliver a friendly and memorable customer experience.

• Resolve customer concerns professionally.

• Collect customer feedback and maintain customer data where required.

Reporting

• Submit daily sales reports.

• Record customer inquiries and leads.

• Coordinate with supervisors regarding stock and operational requirements.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills (English and Kannada preferred; Hindi is an advantage)

• Friendly and outgoing personality

• Strong customer service attitude

• Sales-oriented mindset

• Ability to work independently

• Basic computer and billing knowledge

• Comfortable using smartphones, UPI apps, and POS systems

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Eligibility

• 10th / PUC / Any Graduate

• Freshers are welcome

• Experience in retail, sales, customer service, hospitality, or events is an added advantage

Work Schedule

• Rotational shifts based on mall/event timings

• 6 working days per week

• 1 weekday off (rotational)

• Weekend and public holiday availability is mandatory
