Responsibilities
Handle customers and understand vehicle complaints.
Prepare job cards and service estimates.
Explain repairs and service requirements to customers.
Coordinate with technicians and spare parts team.
Update customers about vehicle service status.
Prepare bills and collect payments.
Recommend maintenance and additional services.
Maintain customer and vehicle service records.
Ensure timely and quality vehicle delivery.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience as a Service Adviser preferred.
Experience in a multi-brand workshop or automobile service center.
Basic knowledge of car servicing and common car brands.
Good communication in English + Kannada/Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge.
Diploma/ITI in Automobile or Graduate with relevant experience.
Customer-friendly and good communication skills.
