Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic Telecallers to handle customer interactions and provide support through calls. The candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-friendly approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Assist customers with queries and provide accurate information
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve basic issues

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
Good communication skills (Hindi/Basic English)
