Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding customers for the TIDE Prepaid Card and Assurance offerings through direct field sales and customer engagement. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and a strong drive to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively prospect and engage potential customers in the field to promote TIDE Prepaid Card and Insurance products.

• Conduct face-to-face customer interactions to explain product features, benefits, and usage.

• Assist customers through the onboarding process, ensuring complete and accurate documentation.

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

• Ensure activation of TIDE CARD.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in financial products, prepaid cards, or insurance.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Basic understanding of financial products and insurance is a plus.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
