Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition: Identify potential customers at malls, petrol bunks, and bank branches to sell SBI Credit Cards.
Sales Execution: Promote and sell credit cards, ensuring, "no", "no", and "no" to unethical practices.
Documentation & KYC: Collect required documents and complete the application process.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Relationship Management: Maintain good relations with branch managers and staff.
Requirements
Education: 10th pass, 12th pass, diploma, or any graduation degree.
Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates, preferably with 1+ years in banking/sales.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Age: Generally 18–33 years.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Base salary typically ranges between ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month.
Incentives: High, performance-based incentives up to ₹50,000.
