About the Role

Alponix is looking for a high-energy, target-oriented Corporate Sales Manager to drive the sales of our IT Products & Technology Solutions across corporates, manufacturing units, SMEs, educational institutions and other organizations.

This is a field-driven B2B sales role for someone who enjoys meeting customers, developing relationships, generating business and closing deals.

What You'll Do

• Generate new B2B/corporate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.

• Visit corporates, manufacturing units and institutions to develop new business.

Identify and connect with decision-makers such as IT Heads, Purchase Heads, Admin Heads, Directors, CTOs/CIOs and Business Owners•.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT products/solutions.

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.

• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure•.

• Negotiate with customers and close profitable deals.

• Develop existing accounts for repeat business, cross-selling and up-selling.

• Maintain regular sales reports and pipeline updates.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

You should be:

✅ Comfortable with cold calling and field visits

✅ Good at negotiation and closing

✅ Strong in follow-ups

✅ Target-driven and self-motivated

✅ Capable of generating your own leads

✅ Comfortable travelling across Faridabad & Delhi-NCR

Experience in IT Hardware, Software/SaaS, Networking, CCTV/Security, AV, Office Automation, Telecom or other B2B technology products will be an advantage.

Compensation

₹20,000–₹25,000/month + Performance Incentives

Your earnings will grow with your performance.

Incentives will be linked to •sales achievement, revenue generation and new customer acquisition.
