Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic Corporate Sales Executives (Fresher’s Welcome) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to launch their careers in real estate sales withoneof themostrewarding incentive structures in the industry.

Compensation & Visa Details:

Salary for Fresher’s: 28,800 CTC per month

Incentives during Probation:

1st Closure: 10,000/-

2nd Closure: 15,000/-

3rd Closure: 20,000/-

Post-Probation Incentives: Earn 5% to 10% of revenue generated from sales—an exclusive benefit unmatched in the industry.

Key Responsibilities: ✓ Actively prospect and acquire new corporate clients via networking, cold calling, and referrals. ✓ Understand client requirements and propose tailored property solutions. ✓ Build and maintain strong client relationships. ✓ Negotiate and close deals, achieving or surpassing sales targets. ✓ Coordinate with internal teams for seamless transactions and post-sales support. ✓ Stay informed on real estate market trends and competitive landscape.

Desired Skills & Qualifications: ✓ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields. ✓ Excellent negotiation and communication skills. ✓ Self-motivated, team player, and goal-driven. ✓ Passionate about sales and customer engagement.
