Specializing in high-impact, energy-efficient outdoor signage solutions — including custom LED modules, power supplies, and branding elements like neon, strip, rigid bars, aluminium channels, LED Video walls, digital signages, etc — BNZ products are designed to deliver maximum visibility, durability, and style.

solutions is always within reach, enabling quick delivery and consistent availability. 

Role Overview: 

This is a 100% field-based role. The selected candidate will be responsible for meeting clients, visiting dealers, generating leads, managing inquiries, and driving sales conversions through on-ground activities. 

Please note: This is NOT a desk job. 

Daily travel to client and dealer locations is mandatory. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Visit clients, dealers, and channel partners daily to generate new business. 

• Maintain strong relationships through regular in-person meetings. 

• Identify new market opportunities and onboard new dealers. 

• Provide product demos, proposals, and quotations on-site. 

• Achieve monthly sales targets and track field performance. 

• Ensure timely follow-up of leads and after-sales customer support. 

• Maintain visit logs and share daily/weekly field reports.

   Requirements:

  • 1–4 years of experience in field sales (LED/signage/electrical industry preferred).

  • Must be comfortable traveling daily within the assigned region.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.

  • Own vehicle preferred (travel allowance can be provided).

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/WhatsApp for reporting.
