🔑 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Recruitment & Sourcing

Hire delivery riders & blue-collar workforce

Conduct field hiring, walk-ins & referral drives

Build strong local candidate pipeline

🔹 Candidate Management

Screen & onboard candidates

Handle documentation & joining process

Resolve candidate queries & retention issues

🔹 Operations

Coordinate with HR & Ops teams

Maintain daily MIS & hiring trackers

Ensure smooth deployment

✅ Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Graduation (Any Stream)

📌 Minimum 1 Year Experience (Recruitment / Field Sales / Staffing)

📍 Strong Local Area Knowledge (MANDATORY)

🗣 Local Language Skills Required

📱 Smartphone + Basic Excel/WhatsApp Knowledge
