Job Description: Construction Sales Executive / Business Development Associate

We are seeking dedicated and result-oriented Construction Sales Executives to expand our business in the Jaipur market for Tiles and Sanitaryware products.

About the Company:
Somani Home Studio (P) Ltd., Jaipur is a trusted name in tiles, sanitaryware, bath fittings, and home interior products. We cater to builders, contractors, architects, and retail customers with quality products, competitive pricing, and reliable service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field sales activities from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM across assigned areas in Jaipur

• Visit contractors, builders, architects, dealers, and prospective clients

• Promote company products and clearly explain features and benefits

• Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads

• Understand customer requirements and coordinate suitable solutions

• After field visits, report to the office for follow-ups, documentation, record maintenance, and daily sales reporting

• Complete workday by 7:30 PM after reporting and review

Incentives & Compensation:

• Fixed Monthly Salary plus Performance-Based Incentives

Candidate Requirements:

• Freshers are welcome; experience in field sales or construction-related industries is an advantage

• Minimum qualification as per company standards

• Basic English reading ability and strong Hindi communication skills

• Willingness to travel locally for field sales assignments

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills

Job Details:

• Location: Jaipur – Vishwakarma Industrial Area

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM
