Site Engagement:
Visit active construction sites across Delhi NCR to meet Engineers, Project Managers, and Contractors.
Demonstrate our fastener products, share load‑capacity data, and secure trial orders.
Channel Development:
Call on industrial hardware stores, builders’ merchants, and dealers to expand our distribution network.
Architect & Specifier Liaison:
Meet Architects and Design Consultants to obtain product approvals and get our SKUs specified in project drawings.
Government & PSU Approvals:
Handle liaison work for government and PSU tenders—gather paperwork, ensure compliance, and submit product samples for testing.
Market Intelligence:
Report on competitor offerings, pricing movements, and upcoming projects; feed insights back to BD & Product teams.
Sales Administration:
Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, meetings, follow‑ups, and quotations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2–5 years field‑sales experience in construction materials, building hardware, or industrial supplies.
Strong interpersonal & presentation skills; comfortable on the jobsite and in formal meetings.
Good understanding of construction workflows and basic engineering concepts (load, embedment, safety factors).
Proven track record of developing dealer/distributor relationships.
Self‑starter with exceptional time‑management; able to plan multi‑site itineraries efficiently.
Familiarity with Delhi NCR government procurement processes is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel daily.
