Job Responsibilities
Maintain discipline on primary sales.
Identifying new business opportunities, planning projects, and developing strategies to built new sales network
Plan new territory (in assigned cluster) and business development, including market entry strategies.
Maintain a pipeline of leads through networking, research, and industry events.
Establish and maintain relationships with new clients, distributors and stakeholders.
Prepare new sales reports and forecasts for management and generate regular reports on market trends and business activities.
Develop and execute strategies to secure new clients and achieve revenue.
Understanding the target customer, market opportunities, and effective outreach channels to drive success.
Implement new company policies in team and market.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing or any related field.
More than 03 Years of experience in FMCG sales, with a track record of achieving sales.
Candidate must have excellent communication with regional language.
Proficiency in MS Office and sales software.
Good understanding of the local FMCG-market, especially in the assigned cluster.
Adaptability and a results-driven mindset.
