🎯 Experience: 10+ Years in Collections🚨
• Lead and manage the complete collections function for the payday loan portfolio.
• Develop collection strategies to improve recovery rates and reduce delinquency.
• Manage large collection teams, including Managers, Team Leaders, and Executives.
• Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
• Monitor collection efficiency, bounce rates, roll rates, PTP conversion, and recovery.
• Manage agency/BPO partners and drive performance against targets.
• Analyse MIS and collection dashboards to identify performance gaps.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Build high-performing teams through coaching, reviews, and performance management.
• Excellent English communication, leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills required.
