Negotiate and finalize suitable payment plans or settlements.
Ensure timely collection of EMIs and overdue amounts.
Conduct field visits to assess customer financial status and willingness to pay.
Identify high-risk accounts and escalate when required.
Build a professional relationship with customers while ensuring firm recovery efforts.
Understand customer issues and provide feasible repayment solutions.
Ensure customer grievances related to collections are addressed promptly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, collection attempts, and outcomes.
Submit daily/weekly collection reports to the manager.
Ensure updated documentation for settlements, receipts, and legal notices.
Follow RBI and internal company guidelines related to collections.
Coordinate with the legal team for initiating legal action (SARFAESI, arbitration, etc.) when required.
Ensure collection practices are ethical and within regulatory limits.
