Response Recording: • Record customer responses accurately in a designated notepad or digital system. • Document payment commitments, disputes, or any other relevant information. Customer Interaction: • Interact with customers professionally and courteously during field visits. • Address customer queries and concerns, providing necessary assistance. Compliance: • Ensure adherence to company policies, legal guidelines, and ethical collection practices. • Report any customer complaints or potential issues to the collection coordinator.
